Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build solutions using:
- Canvas Apps
- Model-Driven Apps
- AI-assisted development
- Design and implement automated business processes and approval workflows using Power Automate.
- Work directly with business and functional stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Recommend appropriate solution architecture and licensing approaches based on application requirements.
- Work independently across application design, development, configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with:
- Infrastructure teams
- Development teams
- Functional/business teams
- Testing/QA teams
- Support solutions involving finance process automation.
- Develop or enhance applications supporting cost center hierarchy management.
- Implement workflow approvals using Power Automate.
- Support SAP integration requirements for data refresh and updates.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, and solution enhancements.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong experience developing Canvas Apps
- Strong experience developing Model-Driven Apps
- Experience with AI-assisted development
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate
- Ability to design and implement business workflows and approval processes

Architecture & Requirements

- Strong requirements-gathering skills
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions
- Ability to recommend suitable Power Platform architecture
- Understanding of Power Platform licensing considerations
- Ability to independently drive application development activities

Integration

- Experience working with SAP integration, particularly for:
- Data refresh
- Data updates
- Ability to work across Power Platform solutions and enterprise systems

Collaboration

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, development, functional, and testing teams
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple technical and business teams
