Role & responsibilities

Knowledge & trouble shooting of IT Gun's , SSW , Nut Feeder.

SSW Machine,SPM Machine and IT Gun Programming &Troubleshooting.;

Knowledge of trouble shooting of Code Punching M/C's (Telesis , Marks ,Ritters) , Stud Gun Tucker.

Knowledge of trouble shooting of SPM M/C's like Drilling & Boring , Bush Fitting & SPM Welding's.

Handling shift Independently.

Positive knowlwdge of electrical and mechanical principles.

Using Of Automation Eqipments Like VFD, Temperature controller,Counter,Proportional Valve,Proximity sensor,Load cell ,LVDT & Nut manager.

Good exposure on Servo applications.

5W analysis and countermeasures.

Preferred candidate profile

Utility and Power House.

Device-net and CC-link communication (Spot & Mig Robot)

Knowledge of Mitsubishi Fx and Q Serise PLC Programming on Robotic Welding field(Spot & Mig Robot).

Providing guidence and support to technicians.

Basic exposure in SAP like MPR creation,Physical stock checking & Consumption Posting.
