Job Title: Planning Head – Civil Construction

We are looking for an experienced planning head to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress reporting for multiple construction and infrastructure projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare project schedules, master plans, and execution timelines.
- Monitor project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (WPR/MPR).
- Identify project delays and suggest corrective measures.
- Coordinate with project managers and site planning teams.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
- Monitor project milestones, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project MIS reports and management dashboards.




- Conduct regular project review meetings with site teams.

Required Skills

- Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Project Planning & Scheduling.
- WBS and Critical Path Analysis (CPM).
- Resource Planning and Monitoring.
- Progress Tracking and Delay Analysis.
- Project MIS and Reporting.
- Team Management and Coordination.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with 7–8+ years of experience in building construction, highway, or infrastructure projects and the ability to handle multiple projects from Head Office will be preferred.
