Internships and placements

- Plan and run the mandatory internship cycle for all law batches (NGOs, courts, advocates, firms, corporates) in line with BCI requirements.

- Coordinate employer inputs for NIRF, QS and other ranking surveys.

Reporting and coordination

- Submit weekly and monthly reports on outreach, internships, offers and conversion ratios to the Director, CDC.
- Work with the Dean and faculty coordinators of the School of Legal Studies on batch planning and student issues.

- 2–3 years in placements or corporate relations at a law school or university, legal recruitment/headhunting, or HR at a law firm or legal services company.
- A working network of law-firm and corporate legal recruiters, with a record of closing roles.

Preferred

- LLM or a postgraduate qualification in HR/management.
- Experience with NIRF/NAAC/BCI documentation and placement data.

- Familiarity with Delhi-NCR legal hiring: law firms, corporate legal teams, LPOs and courts.

Skills and competencies
- Understanding of legal career paths and how law firms, in-house teams and LPOs hire (internship-to-PPO cycles, practice areas, assessment formats).
- Strong business development, cold outreach and negotiation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident presenting to senior partners and GCs.
- Organised and target-driven; able to run several drives at once during peak season.
