WE ARE HIRING – PIPE STRESS ANALYST (CAESAR II)

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Stress Analyst with hands-on expertise in CAESAR II to join our engineering team.

Position: Pipe Stress Analyst

Mandatory Skill: CAESAR II

Experience: Relevant experience in Pipe Stress Analysis

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II.
- Analyze piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional loads.
- Conduct static and agile stress analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes.
- Select and design pipe supports and spring hangers.
- Interpret stress results and recommend design modifications.




- Prepare Pipe Stress Analysis Reports and supporting calculations.
- Review 3D piping models for stress and support requirements.

Preferred Experience:

- Supercritical Boilers and Thermal Power Plants.
- High-pressure and high-temperature piping systems.
- Technical coordination and mentoring experience.
