Hiring: PHE Engineer (Execution) | Greenfield EPC Industrial Project

Role & Responsibilities

1. Execute installation of industrial plumbing, water supply, drainage, sewerage, and firefighting systems as per approved drawings and project specifications.
2. Supervise laying of HDPE, DI, MS, GI, UPVC, and CPVC pipelines including underground and above-ground utility networks.
3. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and milestones.
4. Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Project teams for smooth execution and interface management.
5. Manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower deployment, and productivity at site.
6. Verify quantities, monitor material consumption, and support billing and material reconciliation activities.
7. Ensure quality inspections, testing, and installation practices comply with project standards and approved method statements.

Conduct hydrotesting, flushing, leak rectification, and commissioning of plumbing and firefighting systems.
9. Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, permit-to-work systems, and protected construction practices.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports while maintaining execution records and as-built documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 2-8 years of experience in industrial EPC projects.
2. Hands-on experience in execution of plumbing, water supply, drainage, sewerage, and firefighting systems in greenfield industrial projects.
3. Strong knowledge of HDPE, DI, MS, and GI piping installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
4. Proficient in reading construction drawings, utility layouts, and coordinating with multiple disciplines at site.
5. Exposure to ferrous alloy, steel, metals, power, cement, or other large industrial manufacturing projects preferred.
