Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and transaction processing.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products to clients based on their needs.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly in the BFSI sector.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other banking tools.
- A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred, with an MBA being an advantage.
