Currently we are hiring as Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
Job Location: Shaikpet, Tolichowki Hyderabad.
Industry: FMCG/ Manufacturing.
1.Handling the Calender, meeting schedule and making the minutes of the meeting, maintaining of all the Administrative and financial documents ,travels and appointment for the MD .
1. Acting as the point of contact between the MD and internal or external colleagues.
2. Handling all the Administrative Documents like Compliance s (Preparing and Organizing the Documents ).
4.Calendar management & email correspondence.
1. Taking dictation and letter drafting.
2. Fixing appointments & meetings through calendar management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
