Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and remarketing. The role involves conducting market and audience research, defining campaign objectives, managing ad budgets, and tracking performance using analytics tools. The specialist will create and test ad creatives and landing page concepts in collaboration with designers and developers, focusing on driving qualified leads, sales, and measurable ROI for client brands.

Daily tasks include monitoring key metrics, preparing performance reports, identifying optimization opportunities, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. The role also requires close coordination with account managers and the creative team to ensure campaigns align with overall brand and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams, present campaign results,



and interact with clients professionally.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends and translate insights into data-driven performance marketing plans.
- Candidates should possess Sales-oriented and conversion-focused skills to design campaigns that drive leads, revenue, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), web analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, cooperative studio environment are important.
- Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing within an agency or brand environment is an advantage.
