Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Run and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign budgets.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, and overall campaign performance.
- Focus on generating quality leads and improving campaign results.
- Coordinate with the creative and sales teams.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- Solid knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, targeting, and retargeting.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve lead quality.
