? Role: Performance Marketer

? Experience: 2 to 4 years

? Focus: Lead generation using Meta Ads and Google Ads

? Work Mode: Work from Office | Full time

? Location: Manish Nagar, Nagpur

? Salary: Based on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining a low CPL.
- Conduct audience and keyword research.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and campaigns.
- Track conversions using GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Manage ad budgets and monitor campaign performance.




- Prepare reports and coordinate with creative teams.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ready to work from the office full-timeme.
