Role Description The Performance Marketing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across performance channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement. The associate will manage campaign budgets, track key metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular performance reports to support decision-making.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, conducting user, market and competitor research, and testing new strategies to improve conversion rates and return on investment.



The role also includes supporting sales and operations with marketing collateral and participating in project management activities to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to understand customer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to support acquisition, retention, and brand growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and track marketing campaigns and related activities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media ads) and basic analytics tools.
- Comfort working with data, including interpreting performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving priorities.
