Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads Expert with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience handling multiple client accounts, driving lead generation and sales, optimising campaign performance, and maintaining effective client communication throughout campaign lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research, build custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ad creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and placements.
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and share campaign insights and recommendations with clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign objectives and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:





- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and campaign tracking.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client communication and account management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Experience handling domestic and international client accounts will be an added advantage.
