Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and enhance PeopleSoft HCM modules, especially Benefits Administration.
- Lead solution design, business process improvements, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage functional testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
- Support PeopleSoft PUM upgrades, image adoption, and patch implementations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support application enhancements, deployments, and production support.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and test scripts.
- Provide end-user training and stakeholder support.

Key Skills Required:
- 10–15 years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience.
- Strong expertise in Benefits Administration and HCM business processes.
- Experience in functional configuration, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft PUM upgrades, image adoption, and regression testing.
- Experience in functional specifications, UAT, and production support.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
