- HDI design techniques, Blind/Buried Vias

- High-speed interface design (DDR4, PCIe, HDMI, USB, etc.)

- DFX and SI/PI guideline validation

- Layer stack-up definition and calculations

- High-density, compact PCB layouts

- PCB feasibility analysis, layer optimization, and board size optimization

- Coordination with Hardware, Mechanical, SI/PI, and PCB fabrication teams
