Position: Payroll Executive

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry Preference: Staffing / Manpower / Facility Management Industry

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end payroll processing for large employee headcount

✅ Manual payroll preparation and salary reconciliation

✅ Verification of attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions

✅ Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, and Labor Laws

✅ Full & Final Settlements (F&F;), arrears, and payroll audits

✅ MIS reporting and payroll data management

✅ Coordination with HR, Operations, and Finance teams

✅ Addressing employee payroll queries and ensuring timely salary disbursement

Desired Candidate Profile





✔ Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience

✔ Strong knowledge of manual payroll processing

✔ Experience in staffing/manpower outsourcing companies preferred

✔ Valuable command of MS Excel and payroll reports

✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
