Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented, patient-focused Patient relation Executive to ensure a positive patient experience, effective communication and smooth coordination across hospital departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to patients and bystanders with professionalism, empathy and courtesy.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, complaints and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for timely resolution of patient needs.
- Assist patients in hospital services.
- Maintain proper records of feedback, complaints, maintenance and resolutions.
- Support patient rights, informed communication and confidentiality as per hospital policies.
- Conduct patient feedback and support service-improvement initiatives.
- Follow hospital SOPs, service standards,



infection-control requirements and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain excellent front-office and patient-relations standards a patient centric approach.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline; Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Front office, customer care, PRO or patient relations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; Hindi/Tamil will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality, problem-solving ability and a strong patient-service orientation.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
