- Pan-Asian Commis Chef
- Japanese Commis Chef
- Sushi Commis Chef

Key Requirements:

- Prior experience in Pan-Asian, Japanese or sushi kitchens preferred.
- Good understanding of relevant ingredients, cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to maintain kitchen hygiene, consistency and quality standards.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced fine-dining setting.
