Work Schedule: Support during US EST business hours

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, integrations, and data conversion activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in troubleshooting, data migration, and supporting Oracle HCM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and support integrations in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Perform data conversion, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM integrations.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and data flow.
- Support existing integrations and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical support during US EST business hours.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly the HR module.
- Robust technical experience in integrations and data conversion.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration tools and data migration processes.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL/HSDL, and related technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work during US EST business hours.
