Oracle EPM Financial Reporting SME

1. Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Financial Reporting Subject Matter Expert (SME) with robust expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, financial reporting, and report development.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial reports using Oracle EPM reporting tools. The role involves working closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to deliver accurate financial reports, support financial planning and consolidation activities, and improve reporting processes.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EPM Financial Reporting solutions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain financial reports using Oracle EPM Financial Reporting tools.
3. Work on Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) and Financial Reporting Studio.
4. Develop financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and management reports.
5. Create and maintain reports using Essbase, Planning,



and Financial Management (HFM).
6. Develop report books, batches, grids, charts, and customized financial reporting templates.
7. Work on report scheduling, bursting, automation, and distribution.
8. Troubleshoot reporting issues, data mismatches, and performance-related problems.
9. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting requirements.
10. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting activities.
11. Perform report validation, reconciliation, and data accuracy checks.
12. Support Oracle EPM application upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
13. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
