- Source top talent for open positions through various channels such as DICE, Opt, and other job boards.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and placement rates.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in using tools like DICE, Opt, etc. for sourcing candidates.
- Robust understanding of W2 employment laws and regulations.
