1. Operations Manager - Overseas Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end overseas recruitment operations: client coordination, sourcing, interviews, documentation, visa processing and mobilisation
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters

Experience: 15+ years in recruitment / staffing, with prior work in recruiting or staffing agencies

1. Operations Manager - Indian Staffing

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage domestic staffing operations:



deployment, client servicing, payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Handle client relationships and new requirement ramp-ups

Experience: 15+ years in recruitment / staffing, with prior work in recruiting or staffing agencies
