- Oversee and manage the end-to-end loan disbursement process for all Retail & Commercial loans.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of loan applications from approval to disbursement.
- Review loan documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all required KYC and credit assessment processes are followed diligently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to reduce turnaround times for loan disbursements.
Implement strategies to minimize operational errors and optimize workflow efficiency for loan approval and documentation processes.
- Drive productivity and TAT through short- and long-term operational strategies.
- Develop and execute process strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Tracking of Disbursement MIS and execution of all the post-disbursement activities within stipulated timelines.
- Attend to all kinds of Audits and respond to all queries raised by Auditors.
