We are looking for an experienced Operations leader to build and run the supply chain that gets our products to kids across the globe, on time and at the right cost.

What you’ll do:

- Own supply and demand planning for the company: build forecasts with Sales, Marketing and Product, and manage inventory levels across channels, geographies and the peak gifting season.
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL warehouses. Hold them to TAT, SLA and on-time-in-full (OTIF) targets across geographies.
- Plan inbound and outbound logistics across ocean, air and parcel, balancing cost, speed and service levels.
- Manage fulfilment for retail and marketplace partners, including big-box retailers, distributors, and DTC e-commerce. This includes purchase order processing, routing guides, compliance and chargeback prevention.
- Work with Product, Quality, Finance and Sales to ensure product readiness, packaging, labelling and pickups for new launches.
- Ensure trade compliance: customs documentation, HS codes, duties and tariffs, and toy and electronics safety and certification requirements (e.g., CE, CPSIA, battery shipping regulations) in each market.
- Handle customer, partner and retailer escalations on operational issues, with clear root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Drive cost optimisation across freight,



warehousing and last-mile, and lead continuous improvement of processes, tools and dashboards.
- Lead, motivate and support a team in a time-sensitive, demanding environment, including career development plans and problem resolution for all direct reports.
- Run budget reviews and report cost plans, logistics spend and key operational metrics to senior management.
- Manage reverse logistics: returns, replacements, damages and warranty claims.

What we are looking for:

- 5-10 years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics, ideally in consumer electronics, toys, D2C/e-commerce or a rapid-growing consumer brand. Experience managing cross-border or multi-country operations is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones and with external partners.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven, well-versed in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, modelling), with the ability to adapt to constant change in the toy and consumer electronics industry. Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS tools and BI dashboards is a plus.
- Good negotiation skills with vendors, freight partners and 3PLs.
- Good business acumen, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving problems.
- Working knowledge of incoterms, customs processes and international shipping.
