Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based at Talabgaon Castle , Dausa District .

This role oversees day-to-day resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service.

Manager coordinates staff schedules, monitors performance, manages budgets, and supports compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies. This position involves resolving guest concerns, optimizing operational processes, and collaborating with leadership on service improvements and cost control.

Manager also contributes to training and mentoring staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting special events or group bookings.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management and team leadership skills, with experience overseeing daily hospitality or resort activities.
- Proficiency in process improvement, workflow coordination, and resource planning to ensure efficient on-site operations.
- Solid customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Competence in basic financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting on operational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage diverse teams.
- Ability to work in office in Dausa, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and hands-on problem-solving.
- Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality management is highly preferred; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
