Coordinate sales, showroom, accounts, production, dispatch and admin teams; track orders and custom orders to delivery; maintain stock records; prepare MIS reports; build SOPs; fix bottlenecks; handle after-sales.
Required Candidate profile
Any graduate (BBA/Operations diploma a plus). Min 2 yrs in operations management/coordination. Jewellery background preferred, not mandatory. Cross-department coordination experience preferred.
