Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall operations across multiple project locations.
- Oversee industrial maintenance projects and ensure timely project execution.
- Manage manpower, equipment, resources, and operational planning.
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, productivity, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, HSE, ISO, and quality requirements.
- Lead and mentor Operations Managers, Project Managers, and site teams.
- Monitor project performance, MIS reports, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Identify operational risks and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Safety, and other departments.
- Drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
