Operations Executive

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
- Communicate with depot supervisors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational coordination.
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, including LR, DMR-related records, expense bills, and other transportation paperwork.
- Maintain daily operational reports, tracking sheets, and MIS records using MS Excel.
- Verify operational expenses, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Follow up on vehicle movement, delivery updates, and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of operational data.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate delays or discrepancies to the concerned team.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation accuracy.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn logistics operations and transportation processes.
- A responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with good Excel knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, transport operations, or back-office operations will be preferred.
