Handle export documentation and container stuffing for FCL, LCL, and project shipments.

Handle IGM filing and related documentation in compliance with SCMTR requirements.

Coordinate carting reports, pending shipments at CFS, and container planning.

Manage VGM, Form 13, CMC, advance lists, and SMTP release documentation.

Track container movements, including rail transportation.

Coordinate import container releases and monitor breakbulk operations at ports and CFS.

Handle export/import operations for container liner agencies at Nhava Sheva (JNPT).

Prepare operational reports and update shipment details using MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at JNPT.

Job Requirements

- Education: Any suitable bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience
- Technical Skills:

i. Knowledge in ERP Software, MS Excel ii. Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills iii. Hands-on experience with ODEX and other shipping line or carrier-specific software iv. Practical knowledge of IGM filing under SCMTR
- MS Office suite – Word & Excel
- Soft skills: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
