Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily shift operations and track key operational metrics

Oversee inbound/outbound shipments — timely receipt, processing, and dispatch

Conduct quality checks to ensure zero missing/damaged shipments

Maintain MIS reports (Inbound, Outbound, RTO, NDR, Aging)

Ensure maximum deliveries within TAT; monitor and reduce shipment aging

Analyse NDR/RTO cases and coordinate with teams to bring percentages down

Supervise and train operations/delivery staff on SOPs and quality standards

Drive accountability within the team to hit business targets

Ensure SOP adherence to minimize loss, damage, and errors

Maintain a secure, organized workplace per company policy

Communicate updates and process changes clearly to the team

Coordinate with Customer Support, Line Haul, Sales, and Logistics

(Senior level) Oversee multiple hubs/warehouses/locations

Requirements

2+ years in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, formulas)

Solid grasp of shipment lifecycle, TAT, NDR, RTO, and operational KPIs

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management

Excellent communication and coordination skills
