Role Description The Operations Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Central Delhi. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns and events.

The Operations

Coordinator will manage schedules, documentation, and administrative tasks to support project delivery and resource allocation. The role includes handling client communication for operational updates, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards. The Coordinator will also assist in tracking performance metrics,



optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across operational processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills to coordinate projects, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Customer Service capabilities to manage client queries, address concerns, and maintain satisfaction.
- Administrative Assistance experience to handle documentation, reporting, and day-to-day office tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Central Delhi and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and basic project management software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing, events, or agency operations will be an advantage.
