We are lokking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented qualified from the Hotel and Hospitality industry to lead the establishment, management, and maintenance of a premium 4/5 star hotel property in accordance with international hospitality standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the establishment, development, and operational management of a premium hotel property.
- Ensure the property meets 4/5-star brand standards, quality benchmarks, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities for statutory approvals, licences, registrations, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee property maintenance, infrastructure, housekeeping, facilities, and overall presentation in line with brand norms.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs)



and ensure consistent service quality.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and external agencies for smooth project execution and operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations.
- Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
