Key Responsibilities
· Conduct quarterly operational and process audits across malls.
· Audit mall operations, including housekeeping, security, parking, facility management and F&B; operations.
· Evaluate operational efficiency, manpower utilization and process compliance.
· Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
· Coordinate with site teams for timely closure of audit observations.
· Prepare audit reports, validate data and share findings with management.
· Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
· 8–12 years of experience in Mall Operations, Real Estate, Retail or Hospitality.
· Experience in Operations Audit and Quality Assurance.
· Knowledge of mall operations and facility management.
· SAP knowledge, analytical skills and robust reporting abilities.
