Even Hospitals is looking for a proactive and patient-focused OP Coordinator to manage outpatient department operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations and doctor schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, front office and other hospital departments.
- Ensure timely patient assistance and resolution of operational concerns.
- Monitor OPD processes and maintain accurate operational records.
- Support patient experience initiatives and ensure service quality.
- Handle patient queries and coordinate escalations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and operational protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory Qualification: MBA / MHA / BHA.




- Prior experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive coordination, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
