Role Description The Omni Sports Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, focused on inspiring customers to discover, enjoy, and deepen their relationship with sport. In this role, the advisor welcomes and guides customers, listens to their needs, and recommends suitable sports equipment, apparel, and services across a wide range of disciplines. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and contributing to an engaging and safe store environment.





The advisor supports in-store events, demos, and basic coaching interactions to help customers understand how to use products effectively and confidently. Collaboration with teammates to share sports knowledge, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the overall shopping and sporting experience is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Physical Education and a genuine passion for multiple sports.
- Skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching to guide customers in basic techniques and safe practice.
- Experience or interest in Sports Training, including structured practice sessions or fitness routines.
- Effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Comfort with using digital tools and point-of-sale systems; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Previous experience in sports retail, coaching, or fitness instruction is an advantage but not mandatory.
