We are looking for an Offshore Crane Operator is a specialist responsible for safely operating pedestal, knuckle-boom, and deck cranes on offshore platforms, drill ships, FPSOs, or wind-installation vessels. They move heavy cargo, equipment, containers, and sometimes personnel in energetic marine environments

Crane & Load Operations: Operate main and auxiliary cranes strictly within Safe Working Load (SWL) limits and dynamic load charts

Lifting & Rigging Planning: Participate in toolbox talks, follow formal lift plans, check rigging gear, and calculate weight and weather/sea-state impacts before any lift

Communication: Maintain constant radio and hand-signal communication with banks men, riggers, deck foremen, and the vessel bridge/DP (Dynamic Positioning) officers

Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct pre use/daily cabin and cable checks, perform routine preventive maintenance (greasing, filter/rope changes), and log all lifts exceeding threshold weights (e.g., >50 tons)
