Rainbow Group is a Thane-based group of businesses that includes Rainbow International School (CBSE, K–12) and the Rainbow Preschool International chain of centres. We are hiring an Offline Marketing Manager to build admissions and brand visibility on the ground across Thane and nearby catchments, and to grow corporate, society and school alliances.

What you'll do

- Plan and run the offline marketing calendar for Rainbow International School and the Rainbow Preschool centres through the admission season (November–May)
- Manage ground activations – housing society and mall events, corporate and community tie-ups, school and playgroup alliances, open days and sampling drives
- Build brand alliances with corporates, housing societies, clinics, retailers and other schools that bring in qualified admission leads
- Plan and manage outdoor and print media – hoardings, banners, flyers, brochures and in-centre branding – and negotiate with vendors within budget
- Coordinate with the sales and admissions team so every offline lead is captured in the CRM and followed up quickly




- Set monthly lead and admission targets for each activity and track cost per lead and cost per admission
- Work with the digital marketing and design teams to keep creatives, messaging and campaigns consistent across channels
- Share a weekly report on activities, leads, conversions and spend with leadership

What we're looking for

- 6–10 years in offline or field marketing, brand alliances or business development, including 2+ years leading activations or a small team
- Experience in education, preschools, retail, FMCG or other consumer-facing, location-based businesses is a strong plus
- Proven record of generating leads through events, tie-ups and local partnerships
- Valuable vendor negotiation and budget-management skills
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and simple campaign dashboards
- Graduate degree required; MBA in marketing is an advantage
- Clear communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage
- Based in or near Thane, able to work on-site full-time with field visits (Mon–Sat)
