Role Description – Microsoft Office 365 Email Support SpecialistWe are looking for a part-time, remote Microsoft Office 365 Email Support Specialist to provide technical support, license management, and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 email services.

Responsibilities include Outlook and Exchange Online support, mailbox configuration, user account management, and email migrations from cPanel, Google Workspace, and other email platforms to Microsoft 365. The role also involves DNS configuration,



resolving email delivery issues, license activation and renewals, and ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable email operations.

Qualifications

1. Microsoft 365 Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Outlook, and mailbox management.
2. Email Migration Experience: Hands-on experience migrating emails from cPanel, Google Workspace, and other email hosting platforms to Microsoft 365.
3. Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve email delivery, Outlook connectivity, authentication, and mailbox issues.
4. DNS & License Management: Good understanding of MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Autodiscover records, along with Microsoft 365 license management.
5. Communication & Support Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, customer support, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
