Role Description The New Product Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product development, including concept ideation, market and trend research, and defining product specifications aligned with brand positioning. The executive will coordinate with formulation experts, packaging vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely development, testing, and launch of new products.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing consumer insights, tracking competitor activity, preparing product briefs, managing development timelines,



and supporting marketing and production teams with product-related information. The role also involves monitoring product performance post-launch and recommending improvements or line extensions based on data and feedback.

Qualifications

- Experience in product development, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare.
- Strong skills in market research, trend analysis, and consumer insight interpretation.
- Ability to collaborate with R&D;, packaging, design, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Proficiency in project management, including timeline tracking and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of basic cosmetic formulation principles and regulatory considerations is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, cosmetic science, product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
