We’re hiring a Network Engineer to set up, manage, and automate a data center network built on Juniper SRX380 firewalls and QFX switches. This is a hands-on, greenfield build-out role: you’ll own everything from initial network deployment to ongoing automation and documentation, all managed remotely.

This position will also play a key role in helping support our Global Expansion to Multiple Datacenter and streamlining operations and setup of Network across Regions.

You will work with teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, so flexibility to collaborate across international time zones is required.

Your work includes

Network Design and Buildout

● Design and stand up the data center network, firewall, and LAN from scratch - VLANs, DHCP, IP schema, and security policies.

● Configure Juniper SRX380 firewalls including NAT, IPSec VPN, and SD-WAN.

● Configure QFX switches for VLAN and EVPN-VXLAN fabric connectivity.

● Manage BGP routing to support data center fabric connectivity and resiliency

Automation and Tooling

● Automate device provisioning using Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and Ansible playbooks for mass configuration and upgrade rollouts.

● Build and maintain Junos automation workflows (NETCONF/CLI-based) to reduce manual configuration effort and human error.





● Set up monitoring and alerting for device health and security events.

Operations and Documentation

● Handle remote troubleshooting via console/VPN access and resolve incidents end-to-end.

● Write and maintain SOPs, runbooks, network diagrams, and change logs.

● Liaise with vendors for hardware, licensing, and problem resolution as needed.

● Work with Devops in setting up secure remote access to servers

● Enabling Disaster Recovery, Backups, Security Checks and Audits

● Co-ordinating with Internet Service Providers/Remote Support in the Datacenter for mitigation of packet loss, network failure or down-time

● Helping in drafting/implementing optimizations/upgrades on the overall architecture

● Support Day to Day Monitoring and Performance Improvements Operations

Routing and Fabric Operations

● Manage BGP routing for data center fabric connectivity, route origin validation, and route leak prevention.

● Maintain clear routing boundaries and segmentation to prevent unintended transitive connectivity between zones.

● Support OSPF, static routing, and traffic engineering across mixed-vendor environments as needed.

Key skills

● 2–4 years of hands-on Junos CLI experience across SRX and QFX platforms.

● Working knowledge of VLAN, DHCP, and BGP, with EVPN-VXLAN exposure a strong plus.

● Basic SD-WAN configuration experience on Juniper platforms.

● Comfortable with or eager to learn Ansible for Junos automation (NETCONF/CLI modules).

● Strong documentation skills - SOPs, network diagrams, and runbooks.

● Self-driven and able to work independently in a fully remote setup, including availability for maintenance windows.

● Knowledge of Pfsense, Mikrotik, Cisco Router System

● Strong knowledge of BGP Routing, Failover Links, ASNs, IPs
