1. Assistant Manager Training / Sales Trainer

- Experience: 610 Years | Thane
- Handle sales training, product training, onboarding, mock calls and coaching.
- Improve counsellor performance through training interventions.

2. Manager / Senior Manager – Degree Sales

- Experience: 6–10 Years | Mumbai (Andheri)
- Manage Admission Counsellor teams and drive sales targets and revenue.
- Monitor conversions, team productivity and performance.

3. Manager – OJT Specialist or Team Lead

- Experience: 3–6 Years | Noida / Gurugram/ Bangalore
- Manage recent joiner onboarding and OJT.
- Conduct floor coaching, call audits and track 30/60/90-day performance.
