Responsibilities

- Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of the Lab head or independently.

- Transparent knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, and different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMS.

- Handling of moisture-sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions.

- Perform troubleshooting in synthetic challenges.

- Should be capable of handling multiple reactions in parallel.

Skills

- Knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents

- Able to follow all laboratory safety protocols.

- The candidate should have a clear understanding of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) of the chemicals.

- Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity.





- Prior work experience in a CRO will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
