Job Role: Motor Insurance Sales Executive – Telecalling

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate motor insurance sales.
- Promote and sell motor insurance policies for Cars over the phone.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, and premium details to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling. Experience in motor insurance sales will be preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of computers is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and fluent English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week Excellent salary + incentives provided

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
