Role Description This full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer | EdTech role is based in Hyderabad. The position involves designing and producing motion graphics and animations for educational content, including explainer videos, social media assets, and promotional materials. The designer will collaborate with academic experts, marketing teams, and counselors to visually communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging way for students.

Daily responsibilities include storyboarding, creating visual concepts, editing and refining animations, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.



The role also includes adapting content for multiple digital platforms, optimizing assets for performance, and contributing creative ideas to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong motion design skills, including proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience creating storyboards, visual concepts, and animations for educational, marketing, or explainer video content.
- Ability to design for digital platforms, including social media, web, and mobile, with a focus on learner engagement.
- Solid understanding of visual communication principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating academic or technical content into compelling visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in EdTech, e-learning, or education-focused media is an advantage.
