We are hiring Microsoft Solution Architect - PAN India

Exp 12 to 15 years

Two categories of Solution Architects are required:

Pro-Code Architect: Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, RAG/GPT, Python, Azure AI Search and the broader Azure ecosystem.

Low-Code Architect: Solid experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Integration knowledge with platforms/services such as ADLS, SharePoint, D365, Azure SQL and other Azure data services is relevant.

Experience expectation: Candidates should have approximately 1215+ years of overall IT experience. They are not expected to have 12–15 years specifically in the newer AI/Copilot technologies, but should bring prior solutioning experience.

Strong practical experience is the priority: Certifications are an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should not be rejected solely for lacking certification if they demonstrate strong implementation and technical experience. Certification without practical experience is not sufficient.

Candidate profile expected:



The architect should be self-driven and capable of independently engaging with customers, understanding requirements, creating solutions, presenting and justifying the proposed architecture, and suggesting alternative options when required.

Role responsibilities:

The Solution Architect will work with the PM from the beginning of the project to understand requirements and prepare the scope/scoping document. The SA will then create the architecture/solution details, present them to the customer, incorporate changes where required, and support engineers during development and customer demonstrations.

Multiple-project handling:

AI projects discussed on the call typically involve work delivered within 2–3 months, with a continuing pipeline afterward. Architects may need to support approximately 3–6 projects simultaneously, moving between projects and guiding engineering teams as needed.
