Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Consultant with robust expertise in Business Process Management. In this role, you will analyze, design, model, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and align processes with organizational goals. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to map current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of streamlined, future-state workflows.

Roles Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document current-state ("as-is") and design future-state ("to-be") process models using standard notation (e.g., BPMN).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
- Define process metrics, KPIs, and controls to measure performance and track improvements.
- Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.




- Provide recommendations aligned with improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Support change management activities and communicate process changes to affected stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building BPM best practices within the team. Familiarity with AI-powered coding and automation tools to accelerate network engineering, wireless troubleshooting, security
