We are looking for a Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end order process, from buyer inquiry to final shipment. The role involves coordinating with buyers, design, sampling, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost and quality standards.The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bags and wallets manufacturing, including leather, hardware, sampling, technical specifications, and factory production timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4 years of merchandising experience in leather goods, bags, accessories, or a related soft-goods export/manufacturing setup.
- Strong understanding of the leather goods product lifecycle materials, construction, sampling, and production processes.
- Solid grasp of costing and consumption for leather products.




- Experience managing buyers and reading/interpreting tech packs and specifications.
- Comfortable running a TNA and juggling multiple orders and deadlines at once.
- Sharp attention to detail, strong follow-up discipline, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Excel; comfortable with ERP or order-tracking systems.
- Exposure to export markets (Europe / USA) and international buyer expectations.
- Experience with both domestic and imported (incl. Chinese) sourcing.
- A design or product sensibility able to give practical input on materials, trims, and construction, not just track orders.
