Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager – MEPF to manage project billing, commercial documentation and payment coordination. The candidate should have solid experience in MEPF projects, client billing, subcontractor billing, BOQ, RA bills and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end billing activities for MEPF projects.
- Prepare, review and submit RA bills, running bills and final bills to clients.
- Handle subcontractor billing, certification and payment verification.
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Monitor quantities executed at site and verify measurements.
- Handle rate analysis, extra items, variation claims and change orders.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors for billing approvals.
- Track pending bills, payment certificates, receivables and outstanding payments.
- Maintain billing records, commercial documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of project bills.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Strong experience in MEPF billing and commercial management.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and Electrical systems.
- Experience in client billing, subcontractor billing, RA bills, BOQ and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of rate analysis, cost control, variation claims and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing-related documentation.
- Strong coordination, negotiation and team management skills.

Experience 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEPF billing and commercial operations, preferably in EPC or MEP contracting companies.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
