About the Role

You will handle two channels: our Meesho supplier account for volume sales, and our own Shopify website for direct customers and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Meesho

- Upload and manage catalogs on Meesho Supplier Panel
- Set competitive pricing considering commission and shipping
- Process orders, coordinate dispatch and reduce RTO and wrong/damaged returns
- Monitor supplier rating and quality score, and run Meesho ads and promotions

Shopify Website

- Manage the Shopify store: products, collections, banners, offers and discount codes
- Maintain payment gateway (Razorpay etc.), shipping (Shiprocket etc.) and app integrations
- Do basic SEO, set up Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Merchant Center
- Improve site speed,



mobile experience and conversion rate
- Coordinate with ad and design teams for landing pages and campaigns

Both Channels

- Keep inventory in sync across Meesho and the website
- Share weekly orders, returns, traffic and revenue reports

Requirements
- Working knowledge of Meesho Supplier Panel and Shopify admin
- Basic HTML/CSS is a plus (theme customization)
- Understanding of price-sensitive markets and D2C selling
- Valuable Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Good communication in English and Hindi/Malayalam

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
