Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.-

- Smoothly facilitate, in a non-disruptive manner, patients without appointment needing urgent consultation. May require politely requesting patients with appointments to wait longer.
- - Explain requirements to current patients to ensure procedures are completed without delay.- Proactively communicate with waiting patients; keep them updated and help them when required.- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.

- - Patient notes and correspondence:w Accurately capture and ensure complete data updated on system;w Accuracy of ultrasound, X-RAY, Echo, HSG & discharge summary reports.- Ensure 100% report dispatch.- Coordinate with related department for smooth patient transfers.

- - Maintain required register and data, Online PNDT application- Maintain stock and reorder and monitor cost saving.
